Who we are

ASAP GARAGE DOOR 24/7 MTL ("ASAP Garage Door", "we") provides garage door repair and installation services across Greater Montreal. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and our phone lines, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, phone number, and the message you send us.
• Phone calls: when you call our tracking numbers, our call-management provider logs the caller's number, and the time and duration of the call so we can return missed calls and measure our advertising. Calls are not recorded.
• Website analytics: we use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement cookies to understand how visitors find and use the site (pages visited, approximate location, device type). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

Why we collect it

To respond to your requests, schedule and perform service, return missed calls, and measure which of our advertising actually helps people find us. We do not sell or rent personal information, ever.

Who processes it

Trusted service providers process limited data on our behalf: CallRail (call management), Google (analytics and advertising measurement), and our email provider. Each processes only what it needs to provide its service to us.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed for the purposes above: service records for as long as we may reasonably need to honour our work, and marketing measurement data per our providers' standard retention settings, or longer where the law requires it.

Your rights

Under Quebec's privacy law (Law 25), you may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw consent to its use.
