Every job begins with an on-site inspection and a firm, written price. No work starts until you approve it. The $30 service call is waived when we do the repair; if you choose not to proceed, only the $30 service call applies.
Because our services are performed on-site with your prior approval, payments for completed work are final and non-refundable. Refunds may be considered only in extreme circumstances, at our sole discretion. If you believe your situation qualifies, contact us atasapdoorrepairmtl@gmail.comor 514-701-8612 and we will review it.
Deposits for special-ordered doors, panels or parts are non-refundable once the order has been placed with the supplier.
Everything we repair or install is guaranteed for 90 days. If our work doesn't perform the way it should within that period, call us. We'll come back and make it right at no charge.
Nothing in this policy limits the rights and warranties you hold under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act, the Civil Code of Québec, or any other applicable law.
