One bridge, two housing pictures
The South Shore is the widest stretch we cover, and it's genuinely two different housing pictures. Longueuil and Saint-Lambert have a lot of older housing stock similar to what we see on the island: original springs and openers well past their best years. Brossard, Boucherville and La Prairie have grown fast, with entire subdivisions of newer builder-grade doors and openers, where the failures we see are more often a misaligned sensor or a cheap opener motor than a snapped spring.

Neighborhoods we cover

1970s through 1990s suburban housing where the original opener is now aging out. When a Boucherville call is about noise or intermittent operation, it is very often the opener rather than the door.
